In the event that the pet require a stopover in Singapore and Bangkok as there are no carriers to take the pet to the destination from the country of origin, we shall care for your pet while is in transit in Singapore and assist you with the booking of flight from Singapore to the designated country.

All pets that are transiting in Singapore and Bangkok must have a valid Transshipment License and we can take care of that for you.

If your pet has a long stopover (at least 6 hours) in Singapore, we can visit your pet, care for him, take him for a walk and clean the crate so that he will have the utmost comfort for their next journey.
